What we do

Lendera operates across five disciplines: mortgage broking, financial planning, life insurance, accounting and mergers and acquisitions advisory. We work with individuals, SMEs, independent operators and founder-led businesses across Australia.

Most firms offer one of these services. We built a team that covers all five because the decisions in each area directly affect the others. A lending decision is a financial planning decision. A growth strategy has tax implications. An exit requires all of them working together.

We are not a general practice trying to do everything. We are a specialist firm with distinct capabilities under one structure, so our clients get coordinated advice instead of fragmented opinions from five different providers.

Mortgage Broking

Home Loans & Commercial Lending

Access to over 60 Australian lenders. Residential, commercial, construction and investment lending. The lender pays our commission, not you.

Financial Planning

Wealth & Strategy

Superannuation, investment strategy, retirement planning and cash flow. We make sure your financial structure supports the life and business you're building.

Life Insurance

Protection for Your Family & Income

Life cover, income protection, TPD and trauma cover, structured alongside your super and financial plan so you're properly covered without paying twice.

Accounting

Tax, Compliance & Advisory

Business and individual tax, BAS, financial statements, structuring and compliance. In-house accountants who understand lending and investment.

M&A Advisory

Mergers & Acquisitions for SMEs

Buy-side and sell-side advisory for small and mid-market businesses. Valuations, deal structuring, due diligence and transaction management for operators preparing for growth, acquisition or exit.

Our approach

We believe financial information should be open and accessible. Lendera publishes live rate data, market research and borrower guides without requiring a login or email. We show you real rates before you speak to anyone.

When you work with us, you get a team that talks to each other. Your broker knows what your accountant is doing. Your financial planner understands your lending position. If you're looking at an acquisition, we can underwrite the finance, audit the target and advise on the structure in one engagement.

That coordination is the point. We built the firm this way because the alternative, where clients are the ones connecting the dots between separate providers, doesn't work.

Who we work with

Individual borrowers looking for a better home loan. First home buyers navigating the market for the first time. Property investors building or restructuring a portfolio.

SMEs and independent operators who need an accountant, a financial planner and a broker who actually talk to each other. Founder-led businesses preparing for growth, raising capital or considering an exit.

We work nationally, with offices in Sydney and Melbourne.
